FHL Season Ending Awards

As the Enforcers look towards the playoffs, they were honored to be awarded with five end of the year awards as Stepan Timofeyev, Ahmed Mahfouz, Glen Patterson, and Cameron Yarwoood all were recognized.


Stepan Timofeyev won the award for Rookie of the Year and an award as Top Forward for this season. Timofeyev’s 61 points are second best on the Enforcers as his 14 goals and 47 assists led him to the Rookie of the Month award for February as well.


Ahmed Mahfouz led the Enforcers with 82 points this season claiming a Top Forward award for himself. His 29 goals and 53 assists were best on the team this season.


Glen Patterson won Top Defenseman as he was set new FHL highs for himself with 12 goals 37 assists and 49 points all well achieve a +20 for the season.


Cameron Yarwood also won Top Defenseman for the year as he set highs in both assists (24) and points (35) this year while earning a +31 on the season.


All four players have been key parts of the success of the Elmira Enforcers this season and will be huge parts of a potential playoff run should the Enforcers find success.


Elmira will be at home this Friday March 29thand Saturday March 30thas they play their final home games of the regular season here at First Arena. Both games start at 7:05 pm. Tickets are available now by calling the box office or going on Tickets.com.
