The Elmira Enforcers of the Federal Prospects Hockey League have made a trade for Zach Pease with the Columbus River Dragons in return for financial considerations.

Pease a 25 year old forward from Toronto, ONT Canada comes to Elmira fresh off a 10 game SPHL call up in which he was a +2. Zach has played 16 games for the River Dragons scoring 7 points including two goals against the Enforcers in the first meeting between the teams this season. A return to NY will be welcome for the 25 year old as he played his collegiate hockey at SUNY Canton, a division 3 NCAA program scoring 5 goals and 17 assists during his three seasons.

Coach Clarke was very excited to land Pease from the River Dragons. “Zach will be a key piece as we head down the stretch. I was very impressed with him in our first weekend against Columbus. After an SPHL stint I feel he can bring a spark to our secondary scoring as we push to climb the standings.”

The Enforcers are on the road against Watertown on Wednesday at 7:30 pm before returning to First Arena to battle with the Port Huron Prowlers on Friday January 24th and Saturday January 25th at 7:05 pm. Get your tickets now by calling 607-734-PUCK or going to Tickets.com!
