Elmira Enforcers Announce Promotion News

The Elmira Enforcers of the Federal Prospects Hockey League are proud to announce they are releasing some great promotional news today. The official release of the promotional schedule along with the brand new NY529’s Enforcers Junior Reporter program!

With the release of the promotional schedule today the Enforcers are proud to bring back exciting events like Meet the Team, Country Weekend, Pioneers night, and of course Trading Card Giveaway nights. Other favorites including Captain K-9’s birthday, C-Tran passenger appreciation night, Dunkin nights, Ross Park Zoo night, Skate with the Players, Free Rally Tally night, Free Tee shirt night, and Santa Claus visiting with the Teddy Bear toss all return as well! However, fans will find new nights such as Domestic Violence Awareness night, and Night at the Races and much more over the course of the season.

The Enforcers have also teamed up with the NY529 College Savings Program to introduce the Enforcers Junior Reporter Program. The program will allow children from the Elmira area the opportunity to interview Enforcers players or coaches throughout the season. The interviews will be featured on the team’s social media pages and played in the arena during a Enforcers home game.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to complete the application on the Elmira Enforcers website and submit their child to be selected as a NY529 Enforcers Junior Reporter. From the nominees, five children will be selected to be the NY529 Enforcers Junior Reporters for the 2019-20 season. Each Junior Reporter will be invited to the First Arena to interview at least one Enforcers player or coach after a scheduled practice.

In addition to the interview experience, each NY529 Enforcers Junior Reporter will receive ten tickets to an Enforcers home game following his or her interview and an Enforcers jersey!

The NY529 Enforcers Junior Reporter is open to New York State residents between five and 10 years old and can be entered via the Enforcers website. To learn more about the NY529 College Savings Program visit their website at NYSaves.org.

The Enforcers will be heading back to First Arena this year as they attempt to claim the Commissioner’s Cup in their second season after making it all the way to the championship series before falling short against Carolina.
