Enforcers Announce Blockbuster Trade!

The Elmira Enforcers of the Federal Prospects Hockey League have made a trade for FPHL leading point man Tyler Gjurich of the Watertown Wolves in exchange for Forwards Tanner Hildebrandt, Dustin Skinner, Gavin Yates, Eli Kinsman, and Goaltender Michael Stiliadis.


Gjurich, a 27 year old forward from Hatfield, PA, makes his return to Elmira, a city in which he spent four ECHL games with the previous tenant of First Arena. Tyler leads the FPHL in points with 54 and power play goals with 13. Gjurich been almost a point a game player since entering the FPHL in 2015-2016. Tyler brings a veteran leadership style along with all of his offensive acumen.


Tyler has found success everywhere he has played and won back to back forward of the year awards the last two seasons in the FPHL. Gjurich was part of the 2017-18 Watertown Wolves who won the Commissioner’s Cup.


Coach Clarke was very excited to land Gjurich from the Wolves. “Tyler is a dangerous weapon on the power play and will add a lot to our team as we push our way up the standings aiming for home ice advantage in the playoffs.”
