Robbie and Nellie Nichols are the owners of the Elmira Enforcers. Robbie has had a ten year career as a pro hockey player himself, being drafted by the Philadelphia Flyers in 1983 before signing with the Detroit Red Wings in 1987. Robbie played in a number of different organizations, but captured a championship with the Adirondack Red Wings in 1988. He then coached for ten years with several organizations as well before becoming the GM of the Elmira Jackals. Nellie is from California originally and has run the Pioneers alongside her husband Robbie for the past seven years.The Nichols have four children and four grandchildren and have been foster parents for over 20 years. The Nichols now bring hockey back to Elmira with the Enforcers.

Marc Witt was named the general manager of the Enforcers. Witt is a former employee of the Elmira Jackals, who also had stints in the AHL (American Hockey League), along with three years in the NHL (National Hockey League) with the Columbus Blue Jackets. He served as Vice President of the Binghamton Devils and Senators for the past four years.

Brent Clarke, 31, is a native of Bolton, Ontario. Brent has had a successful playing career in over 400 pro hockey games, including the IHL, ECHL, CHL, SPHL, and the FHL.Clarke takes on his third head coaching job, with all of them coming at the FHL level. His first season as a head coach Clarke successfully lead the upstart Watertown Wolves to their first FHL Championship in 2015. After that successful run, Brent returned to play for the Danville Dashers as a player/assistant coach in 2015-16 before bouncing between the FHL and SPHL in 2016-17. Clarke spent all of last year at the helm of the Danville Dashers. The Dashers won nine of their first 12 contests and in 10 of those 12 games the Dashers scored five or more goals. Despite not finding the same success of his first campaign behind the bench, Clarke did lead the Dashers to their fourth straight playoff appearance. Brent and his wife Marah reside in Alexandria Bay with their children.

Austin Simon grew up in Binghamton, New York and graduated from Susquehanna Valley High School. After graduating, Simon went to SUNY Broome before transferring to SUNY Cortland to major in Sport Management with a concentration and marketing and sales. He graduated with a 3.96 GPA and Summa Cum Laude honors. After graduating from college, Austin started as an Inside Sales Representative for the Binghamton Devils hockey team. Simon was than promoted to an Account Executive before becoming the Director of Ticket Sales for CAN-USA Sports.

Jonathan Kliment grew up in Binghamton, NY and graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master’s from Full Sail University in Sports Management and Marketing. In addition, Kliment also graduated from American Broadcasting School. Jonathan has spent nine years working in the minor leagues as a Merchandise Manager and the last four years as a broadcaster for SUNY Broome and Binghamton University’s hockey programs. Kliment also served as a Color Analyst for the CWHL’s Boston Blades and he participated in an internship with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in Media Relations. Kliment is now the Broadcaster for CAN-USA Sports.

Troy Costantino grew up in Hoosick Falls, New York. He went to Hoosick Falls Central High School, and proceeded to attend SUNY Cortland majoring in Sport Management. Costantino graduated from there in May 2018. Troy was an inside sales representative for The Binghamton Devils Hockey Club from May to August 2018. Troy now works as an Account Executive for CAN-USA Sports.
